Coming Up at the Goose!

After our fantastic sold out  November concert with Alasdair Roberts,  we are looking forward to our next concert on Friday 26 January, which is It Suits Him Well, a Swarb Tribute Night with Martin Carthy, John Kirkpatrick, The Jason Wilson Band and Simon Swarbrick.

We are also delighted to say that Jake Wilson, a fantastic singer and songwriter,  will be coming back to London to take part in this concert.

Jake  met Swarb as a result of supporting him at a Goose concert back in the day when he (Jake, not Swarb!) lived locally (to the Goose, that is) , and they subsequently collaborated for a while.

We are equally delighted to say that City Ramblers Revival have now been added to the bill! Hylda Sims  was an old friend of Swarb from way back, and lives round the corner from half the Goose, so it’s brilliant that the band are able to take part in this tribute concert.

Because we now have two support acts, the concert will now return to our normal format and timings (phew).
