The Goose is again running the music stage at Dulwich Festival Fair on Goose Green! Each set will be 45 minutes long, with DJed music during the changeover.
Artists appearing will be:
12 noon: Alex Seel
Alex Seel has a beautifully crafted, warm, rootsy song-writing style with thought-provoking, subtle lyrics and a gift for acoustic guitar finger-picking.
1 pm: The Ben Holland Trio
Ben Holland is a singer-songwriter heavily influenced by Bob Dylan. He has toured with Joan Armatrading all around the UK and Europe. He will play at the Festival Vair with Babu on bass and Ben McClean on drums.
2pm: Louis vann Johnson and The Indi Souls
The Indi Souls are led by charismatic local guitarist and beatboxer Louis Vann Johnson. Their musical sounds fall in the genres of Pop, Rock and RnB.
3pm: John McClean and The Clan
Festival Fair favourites John McClean and the Clan play blistering live sets, featuring John McClean‘s gritty and passionate vocals. They combine elements of Blues, Soul, Gospel and Rock into their own unique sound.
As always, there will be lots going on during the afternoon, with food, drinks and stalls. The fair has been going from strength to strength over the years, so do come along and bring your friends!
(And yes – we have a singaround at The Ivy House the same evening. And yes we will have been at Goose Green since crack of dawn and will be very very tired indeed) …….. here is a picture of a yawning goose ……
