The Goose is bringing folk music back to East Dulwich!

We will be returning to the edt after the Summer with Martin Carthy on 24 October (sorry, sold out) and Dick Gaughan on 14 November!

We recommend you buy your ticket for Dick Gaughan early if you want to be sure of getting in.

As of the end of July, the Goose's future at the edt for 2009 is uncertain as we will no longer be able to have events there on a Friday night (the restaurant will take priority upstairs), so please watch this space.

Free Goose folk at Hoopers Bar

Following our very successful first night at Hoopers Bar with Bulgakov and Dan Maitland, we will be returning after the Summer to bring you more free folk music from the cream of our great local talent, in the relaxed setting of Hoopers with its great range of real ales.

The next evening will be on Friday 5 September with The Woodlarks and Salt and Blue, two local duos who were very well received as support acts to Dave Swarbrick and Tim van Eyken respectively.

The East Dulwich Tavern will no longer be selling advance tickets for Goose events, either over the phone or at the bar. Tickets will only be sold online via WeGotTickets, or on the door on the night (where still available).

We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience but unfortunately it was outside our control.
