SHANTY & SEA SONG NIGHT WITH THE HOGEYE MEN

Following the great success of our shanty and sea song night in aid of the RNLI (Lifeboats) last year, we have asked The fantastic HogEye Men back to headline another night - not a charity night this time.

This is what they say:

"The HogEye Men are London’s Premier (probably ) Sea Shanty Crew, with a huge repertoire of shanties and sea-songs. We sing them as they used to be sung; simply, boldly and loudly."

Well, we can't disagree with any of that, and we look forward to another great evening with lots of audience participation!

Support will be from local singers, to be confirmed - watch this space!

At The Ivy House, London’s first community-owned pub.

Tickets are £10 advance, £12 on the door (cash or BACS only) 

Door 7pm. Live music starts 8pm and finishes 11pm.

This concert will be half seated, half standing, so come early if you want to be sure of a seat!

Please be aware that whilst our events are held in The Ivy House's  beautiful Grade 2 listed ballroom, this is a pub, so there may be some  background noise from adjoining bars. We and the pub management  have done our best to minimise this, however as this is a listed building there are restrictions on what kinds of soundproofing can be done. We hope you understand.
